I CBF doing the fancy editing thing so I just quoted myself. Was going well and down to mid 84's just before the end of Feb when I went to Japan and pretty much had a 3 week ALCE haha. Had 2 weeks back on track. Oh well. Good motivation. Sorry about the different angles, GF is away so had to setup the timer. front relax

Measurement changes
Capture.JPG
As you can see most of my measurements rarely change except the waist. Normally, I just track that as that pretty much tells me all I need to know. Anyone keen to continue this for another 90 days? Already got the starting photos?

Some pics. Started well and have been pretty good working out - just not disciplined enough on the nutrition side of things. Got veins in places I didn't 3 months ago thought.

No photos up as yet, but since the end of the challenge i have started a new 90 day challenge with a new gym routine. It's going good :) the AusBB challenge was exactly what i needed to get stuck into gym work again.

The next 12 weeks should be more intense.

good to hear that it gave you a good kick start

Most of my build is from my work with trees. Currently sitting between 93-94 kg.

Started about 93kg, got up to 101, and now back down to 93, just a bit leaner. Arms 3/4 inch bigger. Legs are bigger.

Squat max is up too 110kg from 90
Bench max is up to 82.5kg from 72.5
Never deadlifted for a max as I don't have enough weights at home. But I've done a max of 120 or so last year, and did a couple of back workouts this year starting with deads, and was doing sets of 5 @ 130kg.

Geezus, just looked at the pics. I used to hang it on Oni for the bloat face before but it's at a whole new level now. Are you sure there isn't a medical issue going on there.
