My only issue is why there is still space on the plate on the right? :p

because you don't need to fill the plate.

just eat more frequently.

part of the reason we have this obese epidemic is that whole "load the plate, have to finish everything, oh lets go back for seconds too"

its not post war starvation anymore, but people still eating like there'll be no food tomorrow!

pretty sure "dinner plate" is a somewhat universal standard. give or take they are "mostly" the same size.
they are pretty big plates imo

That's the point, they are all different sizes. They don't have to vary much to significantly alter portion sizes.
Waste of fckn time. Just weight the fckn food.

Nothing wrong with seconds or thirds when you have earned it. You just have to eat to your activity. People want a special diet or gimmick but if you've got a spare tyre around your guts eat less.

Frequency has nothing to do with it.

Again, taking a specific scenario and trying to disprove the whole argument. He clearly stated and is talking about the 'obese epidemic'. He's not talking about people with a high activity level.

Eating one massive meal after going back for 3rds is fine if that's it for the day. The average person has a massive meal and then continues eating as normal for the rest of the day.

His comment was you don't need to fill the plate just eat more frequently is pointless. Frequency of meals isn't going to stop people from being fat.

I can't believe people are that stupid and/or reluctant to learn a little about nutrition for the good of their health that something like this is necessary.

Actually, I can believe it.
