OK so I have a 2 week break from Uni and now I can start to plan.
Current weight is 73kg with an empty stomach and just went to toilet lol.
OK, so Im willing to put on a bit of fat. I'm aiming for a 2 kilo gain a month until the end of november which is around 8 months, so I should be hopefully 89-90kg by then. I know, probably a bit of fat. Then for December go on the traditional LG method and cut for the month until I am happy with how I look in the mirror and for the ausbb competition.
Currently aiming for 3266 calories daily or so. I'm just going to make this easy on myself and try and eat the same foods most days for lunch and post workout, and dinner will be different as well with some ice cream at the end of the day with different snacks to keep myself sane.
My goal for the year is the 100/140/180 so I currently do not care about how I look. I just want to get strong. Having a crappy shoulder is keeping me back so it's hard working around this.
Also, I'm aiming for my min. protein and fat requirements, not worrying about the carbs. It's just too much to get everything perfect for me.
Let's do this! Will post up a daily plan besides my dinner and see how it looks.
Diet not including dinner. just meal 1, 2, 3 and snack.
