Hopefully this is allowed. I'm keen for people like Max Brenner etc for giving me some hints and tips.
I'm going to log for a few weeks what I eat here and post up my weight weekly.
I am following a IF approach because I just feel better and have more energy from it. I'm trying to gain weight, so my approach is going to be pretty heavy at the start.
I know that LG is usually a -20%/10% on off days and a +10-30% on training days, I'm aiming to gain around 2kg a month so I've amped up the calories a bit so I am +15/+30. Current goals are to get strong on my bench so fat gain I can deal with.
Current plan of attack:
