Im like totally diff - I dont mind to eat them but not a fan of them in smoothies lol
they seem to be an essential part of any training diet.
I am curious what are the nutrients you are looking at getting from a banana?
freeze them first (good plan for the brown/bad ones) - then chuck them in your blender.

Thanks I usually chuck them in there with some frozen berries and a some yogurt or a bit of milk.
What else is good to throw in?
