Banana question

This is possibly a stupid question but anyway:

Is having a whole banana in a smoothie the same as just eating a banana in terms of nutrients etc? Because i cannot stand to eat the bastards but i dont mind them in a smoothie.

Cheers for any help.

Im like totally diff - I dont mind to eat them but not a fan of them in smoothies lol

I dont mind the taste i thinks its the consistency, ive always liked banana smoothies and flavoured milk just never been able to eat them which sucks because they seem to be an essential part of any training diet.

Thanks I usually chuck them in there with some frozen berries and a some yogurt or a bit of milk.

What else is good to throw in?

Cheers

Love putting peanut butter in my shakes...mmmmmmmm now I want a smoothie

Can you buy already frozen banana bits? like you can blueberrie, strawberries etc?

lol, im FAR NQ and picked up some from the fleamarkets for 6 bucks a kilo,
best bit was that he gave my daughter a freebie, and i coughed and said now for my other two children, he was much obliged.
