l said l was going to make a thread a while ago for @Mackie , @canned tuna & @StrungOut to put down out goals and make a bit of a challenge out of it instead of pming each other here and there. Hopefully this will be easier to track. If l've gotten your goals wrong let me know and l'll change them or let me know when you've hit them and l'll tick them off.
No idea how to do that @someone thing either so apologies in advance for screwing that up.

Deadlift -4 wheels a side so 180kg. Beltless. It's been pretty well documented in my thread that's what I'm aiming for. COMPLETED 3-9-14
Deadlift - 2.5 times body weight
Bench - 120kg.
Squat - I don't think 170 is out of the question.
OHP - Bodyweight - Either 72.5 or 75kg's

When you achieve one of your goals l'll highlight it in green or something similar and if you fail l'll high light it in red as well just to hold people more accountable.
