Ed Coan just posted about the death of Charles Poliquin.

He died unexpectedly at 57, and cause of death has not been released.

Very sad and a loss to the strength world. Be interest to see what the cause of death was?

There’s a big difference between exercising for health and chasing big biceps.
the latter is most popular

Exercising for health and big biceps not possible?
Actually, I think you may have quoted the wrong person

I’m saying for a dude to go out and pursue a bodybuilder lifestyle to chase gains is a bad idea if you want to be healthy.
But, actions verify priorities

If a trainee works with weights and works hard whether that be a barbell, machine, kB or what have you, then gains are going to come extremely quickly, then the mistakes are made after that when things slow down..

A massive difference.

Because who wants to be mediocre?
