Its getting a bit hot for Oats and was wondering if anyone else puts them in milk overnight than eats them raw in the morning? I'm hopeing it will taste good with blueberries.

Smash em in a blender and make a cold smoothie for breakfast with some protein powder and fruit, maybe natural yoghurt instead of milk etc.

My missus soaks hers in milk before bed then adds berries and yogurt in the morning.
I myself have a shake normally. 100g oats, banana, wpc, 20g almond meal, 500mls bath milk.

They are fantastic soaked overnight in milk. Will be doing that from now on, at least until I get some good protein powder.

I just chuck mine in a shaker, scoop of whey, spoonful of cottage cheese, milk, blend him up and chug it down
