Clueless about back but specialise in v taper? Please educate me on how these are unrelated.
V taper = wide shoulders, small waist, narrow legs and WIDE LATS. Now the back is made up of the inner back, lats, rear delts, traps, rhomboids and spinal erectors. I only know you need to develop lats and to some extent the rhomboids to get a V-taper, nothing else about the other parts of the back.
