gymdirect decline bench / hyper ext

Hi,

Thoughts on this decline bench from gymdirect

Foldable Sit Up Bench 45 Degree Hyper Extension

Are the angles on this really going to allow me to do semi-decent hyper extensions? ... or should i just stick with the leg hook extension to the iron master bench?

Could i manage an approximation of a GHR with this? (the ebay auction for it implies this) Abdominal Hyper Extension Glute Ham Raise Decline Bench | eBay

ideally i'd put the $80 for the iron master attachment towards this and gain the ability to do hyper extensions and maybe some form of GHR's ?

I have the hypercore attachment for my Ironmaster Superbench and it works a treat. I get a full range of movement in the back and it can also be used for ab work too. It`s a winner for me as it takes up less space than a whole hyoer machine.
