This routine would not be suitable for a beginner.

If you followed the routine and followed it properly, two workouts a week would be all you could do.

Burnout on the type of workout is something you would need to monitor.

Thanks for the reply, I have been lifting for a few years now, so I'm not a total beginner and I'm learning more everyday thanks to this site. But its only in the last year where I have started to really work on my squat. But I don't do any cardio type workouts and its something I'll like to start. I do think it would be hard when that routine has me squatting 3 days a week.
