I am looking at starting a cutting diet but I need a bit of help.
 
How do I work out how many calories I should be eating per day while cutting. Also when cutting what ratio should of carbs/protein/fats do I need.
 
I know that it won’t be spot on to start with and I will more than likely need to change things as I go, but I need some where to start.
