I'm channelling my inner @

Unless you are competing and placing/winning in professional sport or lost your last event due to the other guy maximising MPS while he was asleep and already have the optimum programming and nutrition in place (hint, probably no one on this forum is a member of that group and if they are, they're probably shaking their head are most of these topics) you have approximately everything else to worry about before chasing a miniscule fraction of a percent gain in gainzzz while ignoring the other more quantifiable things you could be doing.
I enjoy reading this stuff, certainly won't shit on the topics posted because I don't have the intricate knowledge required to pass judgement (Irony, I'm bored today) but I do wonder why the "fitness" industry is rife with "The Next Big Thing".
I guess it's ok to piss on the weight loss fad of the week because you know, fat kunce should just exercise and eat right, forget about the stupid crap they read and let the results fall where they may.
