morning workout nutrition help????

I work out first thing in the morning and i wake up and have a shower then take 2 scoops of protein in milk and 300 g low fat yoghurt and a table spoon of flax seed oil, Is there anything else i should be taking before that? like some dextrose as soon as i wake up then have a shower and get ready for gym and take my shake and yoghurt.
 
Why you taking flax seed oil?

If you want to take dextrose might as well just buy these.

When I used to train in the morning I would...

Skull about 1litre of water (it would be on my bedside table ready lol)

Shower

Then have the shake of 15gram scoop of protein with about 60grams of carbs coming from oats blended with fruit with some sort of juice...

I didn't feel like throwing up whilst training which was good.

I should of probably added sipping on aminos whilst training if I were to train in the morning again...
