New fitness plan?

I've been concentrating on strength over winter however I really want to change up my plan to find a balance between cardio training and general/overall strength training. I have been hitting the cardio too hard in summer and the weights a bit too hard in Winter, ideally a plan that can be used throughout the year would be good.

Overall I'm happy with myself however I would like to maintain my weight, muscle, and improve my fitness a little.

I guess this is a pretty generic requirement so I imagine there are some pre-existing plans that should meet my goals?
