NOT counting calories

I'm generally happier when not counting calories, just training hard and eating well.

I'm currently forced to count my calories again for the IIFYM Challenge which is annoying and I find myself not enjoying my food as much

oh no.... don't let the calorie counting ruin the experience for you!

Which category are you in??

The pad is simpler for me I can look at it easily and see where I'm at, no scrolling through, scanning my food and going through tabs etc.

Apps and technology aren't necessarily better/

agree. my training diary is a pen and paper one.

I just thought the calculations would be faster with an app.

nb you know you can use whatever you like to track, right? you don't have to use mfp etc.
