Yoghurt smoothie

This is a simple one when I'm feeling like something sweet...

YOGHURT SMOOTHIE
- 1/3 cup of reduced sugar or natural yoghurt
- 1/4 cup of canned pineapple or peaches
- 1/2 cup egg whites

Mix up in a blender and serve.

Does anyone else do egg whites in shakes?

Definitely.. every morning my shake has:

- 1 cup egg whites (1 scoop pea protein if we haven't restocked our frozen egg whites supply)
- 1 cup rice milk
- 2 spoons of peanut butter
- 1 'serve' of honey (I just squeeze out a couple of circles)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup oats (I only recently added oats back in)
- Cinnamon

Mix in 2.5-5g of glutamine at the end.

Post workout shake

1 cup milk
1 cup OJ
2 scoops vanilla bulk nutrients WPI
1/2 cup yogurt
Teaspoon creatine
Teaspoon glutamine
Teaspoon BCAA
Squirt of lime juice

Made the night before, left in fridge to get real cold & thick!!

Here's another one I've recently tried - it's a great pick me up in the morning or gym kickstart.

1/3 cup egg whites
1/2 cup chilled brewed coffee

2 tablespoons protein powder
1 cup ice

1x Large Banana
2x Choc Ripple cookies (for abit of crunchy goodness)
4-5x Strawberries

Taste is scrumdidliupmtious!!

Creme' Vanana?:

1 - 1.5 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Power
300g of Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 Large Banana (or two small)
1/2 Cup of Raw oats (or two wheatbix)
2 Raw Eggs whole (Yes I know, Raw..Sue me)
250ml Frozen Egg Whites

It's nothing fancy but it does taste good, I've been having it in the morning for probably more than 15 years now
Eggs are little protein bombs :)

200ml Skim milk
1 frozen banana
scoop of vanilla WPI
scoop of natural Pure Carb
1 tbs of no fat peach and mango yoghurt

It tasted like vanilla ice cream :D gonna try freezing it next time I make it lol

250ml almond milk
1 frozen banana
Handful of frozen blue berries
4 nice cubes
2 scoops of wpi

1 cup skimmed milk
1 cup ripe mango slices
2 teaspoon raw wild honey
1 scoop crushed ice
2 tbsp rice krispies (not sure if this spelling is correct?)

Blend the first four ingredients until pureed. Sprinkle with rice krispies.
That is how I make my own mango shake.
