Qualifying totals for CAPO Nats

Ben. youre confused, single lift comps are not a sport

The real reason promoters run them is because they are easier to organise

Squats are not that difficult

Pardon my ignorance. What's the difference between arranging and running a deadlift comp and a 3 lift comp?

You only need a bar and plates for a deadlift comp. In a 3 lift comp you need a monolift/squat rack and bench, spotters, and all the height/pin adjustments for each lifter.

markos,
After talks with Laurie over the last couple of days we came up with the date ,it gives lifters @11 weeks to state ,plenty of time for a good training cycle ,then its @ 10weeks to Nats ,if take a week off training after state it gives for a 9 week training cycle leading up to nats , which we thought was enough time between both for the lifter to perform at their best for both comps .

Looking forward to seeing some big lifts on the day .
