Upper lower 3 day split

If you aren't worried about a 6 pack, doing abs is going to burn precious calories!
I'm not sure if I mentioned it in this thread or another, but IMO, with defrancos westside you would be better off doing PPP (or some other form of periodisation) for squat and bench instead of the max effort exercise rotation. You can probably change the dynamic lower body day too as being able to jump higher probably won't help you get bigger :p
