Weight gainer supplements

Haha. Yeah don't worry I make sure I get 8 hours. I get up at 430am for work at times so I try to be asleep by 830pm.
 
Any other tips on putting on some solid gains ? Food, workouts or other general things

If you like deserts/late night snacks and short on calories for the day, I often have a bowl of either ice cream or oats mixed with WPC or Cocoa, mix that with some walnuts, heaps of peanut butter, mashed up weet bix, banana and maple syrup.
