I was meant to start doing these as part of my 5/3/1 assistance - I've never done them before, and given the technical nature of the lift, I pussed out.

keep chest and elbows high, keep lower back arched and tight.
Squat down between your heels instead of back.
If I remember you squat high bar anyway so it's closer to the front squat move than low bar, bum back type squats.
