Who here front squats?

the best thing i enjoy about the front squat is when you explode out of the hole the bar lifts off and bounces on your front delts once you lock out
 
I was meant to start doing these as part of my 5/3/1 assistance - I've never done them before, and given the technical nature of the lift, I pussed out.
 
you'll be right Boz.
keep chest and elbows high, keep lower back arched and tight.
Squat down between your heels instead of back.
If I remember you squat high bar anyway so it's closer to the front squat move than low bar, bum back type squats.

start with the bar mate.
 
nah I'm a low bar squatter, but probably best off starting with the bar as the program dictates 10x105, 10x125 10x145 to start with!
 
I've always wanted to try out front squats, might have to find myself some wrist straps
