your chest workouts: pressing vs squeezing ratio

Bench and dips for me that's it. Bench one day, dips the next.

I'm with you on this one shrekkers.... Bench and dips for me...

However.... I do feel there are benefits that come from using them to flush blood through that area if its lagging... ( fadi has posted on this)

Occasionally I do 100 reppers with something light on rest days to pump blood through my chest when DOMS visits...

But never use flys in a workout...
