    postwork out meal. 250g cooked chicken breast 350g celery raw 415g baked beans 130g tuna 990 kCal 135g protein 65g carb YUMM!! I think I'm eating too much. For the last few days I've only been recording half the baked beans. And wondering why I've been feeling different. More full than usual.

    I did another 100 today in sets of 10 with a 20m sprint after each set and posted a 16:55... Having almost a year off training I feel good with that time. After 50 I was determined to give up but kept pushing so pretty happy to complete them.

    Fadi, What do you think of something along the lines of what is over at t-nation? T NATION | Dispelling the Glute Myth I have used some of the techniques over there to pre activate/exhaust my glutes before squatting or deadlifting and feel that it assists in glute activation during the exercises.

    100 burpees Challenge!

    I just finished 100, got a time of 11:56, that's about 2 mins better than my first attempt. I did 5 sets of 15 to 75, then 2 sets of 10, then 1 last push of 5. I think the hardest part is making sure you have a solid jump, the burpee and push up are tolerable but the jump is just so taxing.

    My first attempt at this, I didn't think I would get under half an hour so I just looked at my watch. I was surprised to finish 100 in about 14 minutes. I didn't look at the seconds. I did 2 sets of 15 to start, then sets of 10 up to 100. After about 60, I was pretty stuffed, the last 2 sets...
