    45 Degree or Roman Chair back extension machine? I would like something I could do a bodyweight type exercise after squatting and deadlifting. Can't afford a GHR as they are $500.

    I think that powerlifting gives people the feeling of progress. Something doing their 3x10 of the same exercise at the same weight does not. So its not surprising to me that PL has developed a solid underground following from people who see the benefit of being strong.

    No its not. Its only feasible if your unemployed or single. If you are either of those things you should be working at fixing them. Not spending 20+ hours a week on in a gym and then going on a forum and bragging about it like a macho douchebag.
