    Thanks for the input march, I don't stress about anything, I'm easy as they come. My job is a stress free worry free job. I am taking multi viatimins, I am on a cut but I've slightly upped my cardio and got rid of the two minute noddles I had at smoko. And what do you mean an endo ?

    The blood test was for low test, zero sex drive. Haven't lost any strength but haven't seemed to get stronger over the last 6months. I'll have to book in at a different doctor and ask.his opinion.

    Hi all, Went to the doctor today, after receieving my bloodtest. Everything is normal other then my testosterone. They score between 8-30mg/l I think it was( not sure on the units of measurement they do ) But I got 8. Which I think is terrible considering I'm only 20. He wants me to wait 5-6...

    Went to doctor today to get results of my bloodtest, Seems I'm on the.very low point, from 8-30 I got a score of 8. Now this doctor wants me to wait 5 weeks and get another test but earlier then 10am Would've thought he would take my age into account, seeing as I'm 20 not 45

    Extra training

    Oh and a workout in the morning will boost up ur metabolism for the day, but it'll slow down in the evening so.just incorporate some skipping or a jog later on before bed - that'll speed it up again and help burn more calories while u sleep.

    I go to the gym on an empty stomach in the morning. Just have a pre workout shake with some creatine + bcaa and protein. And just have a big protein shake after as my post workout meal + breakfast.

    Was at my doctor yesterday regarding testosterone, the pharmacists give it put in 1ml amps and at a ma. 3x1ml amps of sust 250. Never heard of 10ml vials. I wouldnt touch it. Underground shit, could be semie sust + fillers to make up 10ml in an old vial who knows.
