hey guys, i have a rather unstable right knee, i get some sharp pain in my ACL (atleast thats where it feels like) i run 25kms a week, iv spent allot of money trying to find the right doctor to fix my wrist (took 12months of searching).
so im hoping someone can point me in the right direction...
i've had pain in my right knee (only when squatting (tested with just the bar), no pain whilst doing everyday things) for nearly 2 weeks now.
As such, I haven't been squatting...and it doesn't seem to be getting much better!!! :(

A little over a month ago i fell off my bike on my fall i think i twisted my knee , nothing broken just a bit of muscle injury which made my knee swell up a bit. I brought one of those compression knee brace things which helps. Does anyone know of any excercises that can help with my knee

after my last leg day I started having a little bit of pain in my left knee. wasn't anything of great pain it's just like a small pin price type pain . I think i put on a wrap it might go away, but don't know if that's the best thing to do.
