So many BBer don't like to run, People are scared they will loose all the beloved muscles and deflate like a popped balloon.
If the 5km per day run does not put you in a high calories deficit, Protein is kept high and you keep lifting.

Not sure how many people have seen this before. I thought it was pretty cool. Allows you to mark off a running or walking route and show its distance.
Quite simple, when I wanted to lose the kilos, I needed running. I hate running but it worked. Now I know with running comes muscle loss but the question I want to ask does one exceed the other. Basically, will fatloss outstrip muscle loss when running?
Now im relatively inexperianced compared to the majority on there when it comes to the gym.
What I see a lot in my gym is people that do 4 or 5 different exercises for the same body part. Like 4 different variations of cable curls.
I see this as pointless but then again I have little experience...

We've already talked a lot about how sitting all day is killing us, but what you might not know is just how good simply standing for a few hours a day can be. A new study found remarkable health benefits of standing versus sitting.

I've been running the Stronglifts 5x5 > 3x5 program for quite some time now and I've gotten a lot stronger across all lifts, aside one.
I've been trying for about 8 months to get the conventional deadlift form right - I've read every article under the sun, watched Medhi deadlift 450lbs about a...

I have been having knee problems when I train. I refer to running and also leg press. As it has been a while since I did leg press and I cannot remember the pain accurately enough for a description, I'll just describe what I get when I run.
On the outer side of my knees, between the thigh and...
I need some general advice on knees...
I have started running to get a bit of fitness in addition to my strength training. I also thought I'd like to give tough mudder a crack.
Trouble is, my left knee gets so painful...it's probably a combination of past football, and me being rather heavy...
I've been getting lots of pain up my shins and on the top of my feet while running at rugby training. I've been training almost 7x a week lately and its hard but i thought the pain might be coming from running the barbell up my shins when deadlifting but i doubt it somehow because its not...
