I'm going overseas from Jan 21st - 10th feb, so 3 weeks holiday.. Starting off in london for a week then winging it in Europe..
Should i take 3 weeks off, or..?
I really dont wanna regress or go backwards,so keen to do some stuff while over there?

Due to last weeks of stalling on my lifts, I don't think I'm eating enough. Haven't gained any weight. So over the next 10 weeks my goal is to put on 10kg while increasing my lifts as much as possible. Adding 1 liter of milk + peanut butter sandwiches to my current diet in the hope of achieving...

Another very happy trainee on the PPP system, the strength gains are amazing.
I'm just 6 weeks into the program from being in an untrained state.
Today I felt really strong at work, so had a go at lifting a 3.75 tonne forklift.

they are blaming it on Aussie customs, i called customs, guy took my details rang me back an hour later and said it is not in quarentine. BB.com is a joke. wont refund or resend till after 60 days, customs says their clearance...

ive been trying to keep my eating habits up but it proves harder than usual when you dont have ANY appetite...
what can i do to get back to my old size (bigger) as quickly as possible (without doing the obvious) ??

next week i'll be moving houses so for about 3 weeks i'll be out of the gym until i settle in and find another gym. I am afraid of losing what I gained, i know that i will i lose some but roughly how much of my gain will I lose and how to prevent that or how to slow it down...?
