0ni's 2013 mutation

fark the way you carry on 0ni, I thought you must have been 110kg and 6"+! looking, solid, thick and tight though. what's your current lifts?

180kg squat
110kg bench
250kg deadlift
75kg press

All without a belt, wraps etc, weighing between 67-75kg depending on how many carbs I ate that week.

your weight varies by that much? Strong deadlift to bw incidentally.

Yep, I drop and hold water very easily. Makes competing a lot easier luckily. If I need a good session, it's not hard to get a good bloat on- I eat some pizza. If I need to weigh in, I can cut carbs for a week, drink some water and drop 5kg overnight
