not my final pics but just to show a little bit of progress. I've only eaten 1500 cals for the past 4 days so is expect my muscles to look a bit fuller after a couple of days at maintenance.

Down 5 total currently.
Have been letting weight stablize this past couple weeks post aids Virus.

Coach has been staying stable for a few more days then look at dropping more.

Started at 84.3kg, went up to 86.7kg at week 6 and then back down to 83.5kg to finish. Didn't lean out as much as I would have liked but its just harder when you get over 40, or at least that is my excuse !!

So these photos were taken last night 3 months (to the minute ) after the first lot of pics.

Transformation doesn't seem as impressive without tensed abs and flattering lighting to be honest. Still thrilled with the 8.2kg of weight loss mind you (which I've been able to keep off since finishing my diet)
