Nice improvement. Yeah def would be gains on front and back imo.
Probably better to measure a few days after completion though, swelling etc will have gone down.

55 nonstop. Finished with a PB!

Loved this comp. I've made some good gains with the regularity of just this one exercise. There were a few days I felt ordinary but I battled through.

5 weeks ago chest measurement 97.5cm. Now 103cm.

2 weeks bulking, 1 week at maintenance and 2 weeks cutting.

2 weeks of finishing smolov. 2 lighter weeks and 1 week of starting new PTC diggit program. All other exercises have been similar to in the past though. No significant change in training other than adding the pushups.

I haven't been above 99cm ever up until doing this. I can't bb bench because of shoulder but I can do this so even though it doesn't help me with PL I think I'll continue to do this as it's the first time I've actually noticed some hypertrophy of the chest in about 2.5 years of recording progress.
 
Some impressive results.

Did before and after photos, no measurements. Did my press ups in varying amounts spread through the day as well as PTCs beginners program 3x a week.

Was expecting them to feel a bit easier through out the month but didn't really notice that. Just ended up feeling a bit tired and sore in my left shoulder when I was doing them. Will continue with 50 a day for a bit longer to see how things go but will continue Monday after a couple of days off.
 
Great results fellas. I have to say they got much easier as the month went on, arms and shoulders def harder than before. Quite good for 1 month I think - minus couple of days at the end
