Well im enjoying my night watching bits and pieces,NRL seeing as its the only decent sport currently happening,feeling endorphinated after an ok train,dont need alcohol. Not that im criticising drinking,ive got no problem and no care with it,each to their own but its not my bag...i want to train as often as i can and its too hard to recover from. Rather stay sober.
