I thought my abs would be more visible at 9.5%, not that it bothers me.
Getting pretty vascular though which is cool. I have veins in my bicep lol.

Sure today was,

3-4 hours after waking:
300g bacon
4 eggs
1 Avocado
50g cheese

400-500g rib fillet/eye fillet
Cauliflower
2 boiled eggs
Hand full of almonds

4 beef patties
Salad
4 slices Cheese

After training
50g dextrose
WPI
Creatine

Puff crust pizza

200g white rice
200g Moroccan chicken.

1 bottle pancake mix
300-500g ice cream
Maple syrup

About 50g chocolate eggs

Prep phase is only fiberous veggies, up to 30g of carbs, for 10 days.

After 10 days, it starts the same, but with the inclusion of high GI carbs PWO

How did you determine your macros for the prep phase? 1g/lb of protein and fats?

nice to see im not the only one that uses CBL as an excuse to eat like a fatass haha, I was on the chocolate eggs myself the night before last!
 
3 months since my last dexa scan.

6 months ago I was 91kg and 11.5% body fat. total fat 10.8kg

3 months ago I was 97.1kg and 9.5% body fat. total fat 9.1kg

Today I was 99.6kg and 9.1% body fat. total fat 8.9kg
