Work days, i'll prepare oats the night before consisting of oats, blueberries, honey, vanilla protein powder, creatine, Greek yoghurt and almond milk. When I'm at home I'll eat eggs.
 
Week days it varies.
Weekends, I have, 6 piecies of bacon with fat cut off, 4 eggs Sunnie side up, 4 slices of sower doe toast with light riccota cheese and salt and pepper, an orange juice and a coffee.
 
been having this shake for the past week, leaving my PROATS for a month...

615am
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 tbs nutella
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
2 scoops WPI
1 banana
1/3 cup oats

Its ok, keeps me reasonably satisfied til about 830 when my stomach is rumbling...
 
my two meal choices at the moment

2 egg wraps - 3 eggs, salt, pepper, bbq sauce and a wholemeal wrap.
Cereal - honey macadamia cereal, bran flakes, almond milk and a scoop of protein.
