Home made protein bars the past 3-4 days.
Just grab and eat no time wasted cooking shit up and I know what's in them

I have been into the protein pancakes the last few days.
6 egg whites, 80grams of oats, scoop of vanilla protein and 50 grams of blueberries
 
Just coffee today. Goung xmas shopping and saving my calories for a sushi lunch and red wine.
 
Omelette:

4 eggs with a dash of milk
sliced olives
~100g of bacon
mushrooms
spinach
1/2 tomato with no seeds
1/2 avocado on the plate

then 1 cup of juice and 1 banana
