Finally a new PB for me....


Bench press. Very strict. Paused on the chest using the new light touch tecnique ive been implementing.

100kg. 11 reps.

Not bad 5 months after injuring the tendon eh.

227.5x4 is a rep PB


Huge Scott. Great work.


Benched a PB today. 100x12. 2 rep lifetime PB.
Pushed to absolute max effort this time...last was rep was completed @0.13ms pretty much on the limit before it falls on my face. Haha.

Also benched 130x2 for a post shoulder tear PB too. And it felt fucken good.

Am considering entering the GPC push/pull in December...would be nice to PB the bench properly before the end of the year.

Deficit deadlift from 60mm...

232.5kg. Was also beltless.

And a beltless 240kg conventional deadlift pulled AFTER the 232.5kg. Fun day!

I might've set a PB. Since I started tacking on Hill Sprints at the end of my workouts a few weeks ago I've developed a chronic left Achilles strain, strained right abductor, strained right calve, right lower Back pain, and usual bad knees and Sciatic. My elbow/forearm is OK though.

This getting old ain't for whimps, aye $hrek?
