I might've set a PB. Since I started tacking on Hill Sprints at the end of my workouts a few weeks ago I've developed a chronic left Achilles strain, strained right abductor, strained right calve, right lower Back pain, and usual bad knees and Sciatic. My elbow/forearm is OK though.
This getting old ain't for whimps, aye $hrek?
