I've got deads tomorrow, it's going to be all kinds of wrong.
I love the way you work i bench twice a week and deads are done on back days and only once a week use to do them twice a week but felt stuffed lol.I rest 2 days a week and do it all over a again.Squat once, deadlift once, bench 4 times.
Deadlifts can be once every 2 weeks for me, but normally once a week.
