It'll be good to see you back.
I don't think I'll be adding any till well into the new year.
I've got a 3 week holiday in the bush where I doubt there will be any weights to lift haha.

Fishing/hunting? Sounds good haha.

I plan to fish my way through this summer holiday! (And play golf).

It's a summer camp I've been going to since I was 13.
Basically focussed around Gippsland Lakes, we do a lot of water based activities.
We also go 'expeditioning' in canoe platoons around the lakes and the different campsites.
Works out to around 80-150km of paddling, plus a bunch of fishing, swimming, etc.
It's pretty amazing.

Excellent work RyanF;

Hit a small pb today. Front squatted 95x7. Its piss all weight for my legs...its a position PB. Haha. Mobility is improving on these. Starting to get it up high enough that i can use these are legitimate squatting volume haha. At the moment they are more a light day. Upper back and core cop a bit though.

Good fun.

Tested maxes on my Bench and Deadlift before holiday season takes over.

Hit 110kg for a relatively easy single on Bench, no lift out, which I was pretty stoked with. And then on Boxing Day with Christmas Day's cals in the tank, managed to rip another goal with a 5 wheeler 220kg Deadlift. Great way to wrap another year of lifting, especially after a few injury setbacks. Bring on 2016!

massive bench ryan. well done mate.

Small equal PR today with DB bench. 40x4. some other rep PR's in the preceeding sets...but meh, i'll just count the big ones haha.
i expect to beat this in 4 days time. thinking probably 6.

Thanks, man. The last 6 months has been progress city. My bench PB was 95kg 2 years ago, and hadn't improved at all until the last 6 months. In fact, back around May (I think) I wasn't game to go above 85kg for a single. So I've managed to add 10kg to my all-time PB in about 6 months, and 20kg to my temporary 1RM in about 8 months. All while staying between 65-70kg bodyweight, too.
