Different intensity each session. Variety doesnt only apply to types of exercises, but also the working loads and volumes.

That...and i was feeling a little rusty only doing the main lifts once a week or 3 times a fortnight. Practice makes perfect. Or something.

I dont even need to think now. I just walk in and squats just happen haha. Not needing to do much mobility work either funnily enough. Can squat full ROM while cold now. Ha.
