Been walking 2 and 3 times a day for 10-15 minutes for a few months now. Definately helps.

Squats tonight. Probably bench also.

I'm talking Cardio kunce. Walking is for Health. Cardio requires a higher exertion unless you weigh 300lbs or are 90 years of age.
 
Actually, one of you Walking kunce, let me know what pace you go at, bet it's not even as fast as Johnny boy Howard used to go. But I'll do your speed for hours sometime, just to prove a point.

Walking - 45 minutes to Shops at a "Johnny boy Howard pace" then 20+ minutes back (a more direct route Home).
Slight increase in breathing but not enough to promote an adaptive response.

Love to figure out a way of making Walking true Cardio - perhaps strap fridge to my Back.
 
25 min walk for me with puppy.

Not much time, gotta go to a 50th birthday party.

today light back, biceps and abs.

i have a lot of lower back trouble, btu it seems a lot less problematic when i do ab work so i am hoping that is all it is.
