You may be suspicious of my advice (and your ignorance is permitted), but how can my posts construed as trolling?

Yeah, it hurts. The good way, tho. I also squat below parallel. Yeah, it also hurts. But as I said, I bodybuild. My reps are usually 6 - 8. I don't care much about the numbers on the plates. The pain is what I seek. And then I am at peace with the world once again.
