I wasn't even meant to be doing it so I was going to sponsor Critta for 50c a Squat. Then I said, if I beat his number then I'd just sponsor myself.

Wasn't even that hard until about 150. I reckon I could get 200 if I didn't have fai Lol. Hip flexor just siezed up basically

Today I OHP'd 1x62.5kg. I was due for 5x55kg (which also would have been a PB, but this is my last OHP session before a week away and I knew this would feel more rewarding.

I dont know what that all means? Haha.
I assume bent rows? Thats good weight mate.
What you bench?

Yep, spot on. Cheers. It's a bit up and down of late; best ever is 1 x 120 but past couple of weeks 4-5x5-6 @ 102.5. I feel my bench has been really stagnating past few weeks. Funnily enough other days have been all good so I conclude that by the time it gets to the end of the week I'm just a bit tired, might be time for that deload we were talking about.

Surely a kunce of your size can bench more than that? Are they big pauses or something?
I'd have thought most bench more than they row?

Not really. Bench has never been a strong movement for me, you're moving some good weight though. I'm pretty light atm, still increasing cals and have cut back cardio but have still been losing weight. I'm at about 3600 now, that seems to be pretty much maintenance. No doubt this is a factor effecting my feeble bench efforts of late.

That's fair enough. Benching is my favourite movement, which I guess is why I lift a fair bit for my weight.

How far do you bend over for a bbbor?
