    ahh okay I think we've found the problem, yeah my knee's do tend to come forward a bit. I feel really unstable when I sit back, any suggestions? otherwise I'm just going to youtube the form and practice with the block like you said.

    exactly. 10kg in 12 weeks would mostly be fat. You can't really rush muscle growth without using sterons. At most I reckon aim for 0.5kg increases a week, it might be slower but over 12 weeks that's 6kg which would look pretty good at 12% bf.

    If you get it get creapure mono, best quality. as opposed to the chinese made stuff, which has been caught tainted with steroids.

    From what I've gathered it really doesn't matter, just so long as you squat/dead/bench 3 times a week and eat up. chins are fine
