    ahh okay I think we've found the problem, yeah my knee's do tend to come forward a bit. I feel really unstable when I sit back, any suggestions? otherwise I'm just going to youtube the form and practice with the block like you said.

    exactly. 10kg in 12 weeks would mostly be fat. You can't really rush muscle growth without using sterons. At most I reckon aim for 0.5kg increases a week, it might be slower but over 12 weeks that's 6kg which would look pretty good at 12% bf.

    If you get it get creapure mono, best quality. as opposed to the chinese made stuff, which has been caught tainted with steroids.

    my mum adds a little bit of olive oil and sea salt and bakes it in the oven. comes out very lean and delicious. Usually I'll then slice it up and throw it in a salad

    lol I throw raw eggs in shakes all the time, no problems whatsoever. I'm not sure how much bromelain the pineapple juice would have as most juices undergo heat processing to kill off bacteria before sealing, in doing so denaturing the enzyme. And no bromelain would fine with eggs as it would...
