The last two gym sessions have seen me with a increasing pain in my left pec when benching, at 60kg it was all good then I loaded to 90kg and got some pain, backed off to 80kg and was still there but only for the first 2 reps of the set. The pain dissapears straight away and I feel no soreness...

i have recently started having a come and go intense pain. Basically where the two collar bones connect in the middle then feel two ribs down on the left side. Seriously though i was at first though i was like thinking it was a heart problem, now im thinkin it might be muscluar or even a problem...
Something that I have notice now and then when I do my training, is that sometimes I see guys when they bench press, that they literally bounce the bar off their chest, like when using a basketball and watching the ball bounce lol.
