    How do you correct an overworked chest muscle?

    For most guys and definitely some women, the chest muscles are actually overworked which leads to some postural problems along with imbalances in the shoulder area. Any pointers on how to correct this? TIA:)

    Fatigue

    Hi guys just needing some help with fatigue. My problem is on my chest tricep day I do 3 -4 sets of weighted dips but then I go to do my bench and drop 5kg odd my usual if I don't start wig the bench . Is this normal or should I rest longer between the exercises.
