After a 20 year break, I recently started lifting again, following SL 5x5, using my uncles old bench press 'machine'. But 60kg is the max that i feel confident snatching up and over my head to start my squats. So its time for a Cage. I really want a power cage so that my son can also...
LIFT HEAVY, LEAN OUT
So, you've got your mass-building program, but what happens when you want to cut? You'll have to switch up the program, right? Absolutely wrong! If the heavy lifting is what built the muscle in the first place, that's what's going to keep it there.
If anything, strive to...
Back in the start of may i suffered a grade 1 quad strain in my left quad while refereeing soccer of all things. I was cleared to run and squat again at the end of may.
My problem is tho after 2 sets of squats, the muscle contractions have become so unbearable i have to stop squatting.

Running 500mg Test E for 10 weeks, maybe dbol if my source comes through
There's so much conflicting information regarding PCT online. I was originally thinking of running 12.5mg Aromasin e/d, but have been told by a number of people that it will be way too much.
Was also going to run the...
I could have put it there, but thought it was truly not warranted to end the title of this thread with an exclamation mark! If you have ever doubted what you're about to see, consider the fact, the most often unheard or undiscussed fact of women raping men. I've known since the 70s of that most...
What do you guys think of PPP? I'm just looking for something simple. I'm thinking of doing it for the 3 main lifts plus overhead press 4 days a week with hypertrophy/assistance whatever as well.
This is what I've put together:

"The children of the sporting icon have rushed to be at his bedside as doctors treating the former heavyweight champ have told them they fear he “is near the end”. Already four of the 74-year-old’s nine children, including daughters Laila, Hana and Maryum, are at the hospital in the Phoenix area...
I seriously intend to be doing this as long as I'm alive. To me, lifting is a part of Healthy lifestyle, both physically and psychologically. Unless my joints give out I'll be Squatting, Deadlifting, Pressing, Chinning and Dipping. I may not do things like Barbell Rows as I feel they irritate...
5 weeks ago in my local strongman gym I was doing some deadlifting, I hit a single at 180kg which is 30kg off my PB and felt a pop like a knuckle cracked so I instantly hit the floor and layed still for a few minutes to see how my body reacted, felt ok until I went to move and the pain was that...
