I have been doing leg press for awhile because my knees havent been up to doing squats but now i think i could start going back to squats. BUT...
The PT i saw said leg press works the same muscles as squats bar the staberlisers and is much safer on the back etc. Should i ignore her warnings...

Recently I posted a workout for building legs for your opinion and feed back.
"Warm up squats 20x40kg
1. Regular squats 6, 8, 8, 10, 12 (last time I did the last 12 at 60kg and the first 6 at 65kg)
2. Wide leg squats 6, 8, 8, 10, 12 (same as above)
3. close leg squats 6, 8, 8, 10, 12...
hi i'm bata a 16yo with wrist and legs question, i can't really get access to a gym too often , so was wondering if there was any simple exercises that i could do with dumbell/non equipment exercises to help make my wrists a little bigger ?

How far apart should your legs be when you squat? I've experimented with a couple of distances, and I feel like I'm getting the best workout with them far apart, but it also feels pretty hard on the knees...when they're close together it feels better, but also much easier

Here is a routine that splits your body in two.
You can use this and double it for a 4 day/week workout. Or pick up similar exersizes in the other routines to mix things up.
