    Cardio and Ab work Morning after weights

    Okay ive asked a few people and have some unsure answers. The question was, Can i do Short Heavy Cardio and Ab work out the morning after I do my weight routine, Leave the Wed and the Weekend as full body Rests? Or by doing this do I hinder muscle growth from the work out the night before?

    Clenbutoral

    Working out in the morning & the afternoon

    Do any of you work out twice a day? My plan is to do Cardio in the mornings, and lifting in the evenings. I've heard good things from doing your cardio in the morning. My only problem is gonna be getting my lazy ass up! Is this anybody else's routine? I'd like to hear about it.
